Spacious Comfort

Relaxation Oasis

Overall, the hotel offers a great experience with comfortable rooms and a fantastic team that really puts effort into serving guests. The location is wonderful, being so close to the vibrant atmosphere of Playa del Carmen, but the cleaning service could definitely improve. The dining options are decent but have room for enhancement, particularly in the casual dining areas. Despite these minor issues, I felt it was good value for the price we paid and would happily return.

I had a fabulous stay at the hotel, enjoying its cleanliness and comfort. The staff were attentive and made our experience truly special. Our stay at the Tequilla was absolutely fantastic! The resort is well laid out, and everything was sparkling clean. We loved the buffet options and really appreciated fantastic service from Adolfo, who was always attentive. The pools were amazing—never crowded—making it easy to relax. However, the beach transportation could use some improvement, as buggies were often insufficient, and the seaweed on the shore was a bit disappointing.
